For this installation, we were asked to help create botanical perimeter décor for a large event space at Regatta Park in Coconut Grove.

The goal was to introduce greenery that would help define the event footprint while complementing the surrounding waterfront environment.

For this project, we installed 25 palm tree rentals strategically throughout the venue. The palms were positioned to:

For this installation, we selected sleek white designer planters that matched the bright matte tones of the event tents and signage. This subtle detail allowed the greenery to blend seamlessly with the production elements while maintaining a refined aesthetic.

By repeating the same color palette throughout the event environment, the design felt intentional and cohesive — a hallmark of luxury event foliage styling and custom plant décor design.
