The ballroom featured a classic pipe-and-drape stage, dual projection screens, and a clean contemporary aesthetic.

Rather than placing identical plants across the entire stage, we designed the greenery as a series of intentional visual moments.

Tall palms established height and framed each side of the presentation platform.

Mid-height tropical foliage softened the edges of the stage.

Dense botanical groupings surrounded the staircase entrances, naturally guiding speakers toward the platform while making the transition between audience and stage feel seamless.

Even the pipe-and-drape backdrop benefited from carefully positioned greenery, transforming what could have felt like temporary production infrastructure into a polished executive environment.

Nothing felt forced.

This layered approach also photographs exceptionally well.

Instead of a flat stage surrounded by isolated décor pieces, the presenters appeared naturally framed within a living architectural environment.
