Without any offense taken, unless the event is themed for a lot of greenery, live foliage is usually one of the last elements sourced for an event or set. This case study is the Case of the Last-Minute Call. We received a last-minute request phone call on an unassuming Tuesday morning, around 9 AM, just as we were about to open the nursery. The call came from an esteemed Client who was set to execute an ocean-side White Lotus themed event that evening. True to form, South Florida woke up to typical on-and-off storms for the day - meaning the famous Fontainebleau Miami Beach Hotel decided to bring in the ocean-side event for the evening. Our Clients were depending on the beautifully manicured outdoor backdrop of the Fontainebleau for their White Lotus themed event, which was now going into a Hotel ballroom. By 10 AM, we were refining the proposal with our Client’s final selections and by 3:30 PM we were loading 54 palms and tropicals into the Fleur de Lise Ballroom. 

Despite having other commitments for the day, we understand that the need for our services are not obvious until it’s almost an emergency need for live foliage rentals.
